Help children in Venezuela access books and education
In a town where many kids have lost their teachers and their schools are falling apart, this library is more than just a place to read. It’s a safe space. It’s music. It’s laughter. It’s a second home for over 130 children, including some with special needs and many who’ve been left behind by the country’s ongoing crisis.
What started as a simple music academy has grown into the OFELIA Library, a community-run center where kids can learn, create, and just be kids.
But the space is too small and the need is growing every day. We currently operate in a 40m² space. It’s a good start, but it’s not enough.
- 10 USD = a child’s first book 📙
- 35 USD = internet for a learning corner 🛜
- 50 USD = a week of nutritious food for the children 🥗
- 100 USD = a month of educational support for vulnerable families 👨🏫
- 200 USD = musical instruments to equip our children’s orchestra 🎻
